New Urban Residential LLC, a family-owned real estate investment management company, operates in-house property management and construction departments, specializing in affordable and workforce housing across the Carolinas. As President of New Urban Residential, Seth oversees all facets of the business, and is responsible for executing the investment plans of a portfolio of 600 units under ownership and management.
Seth brings a solid institutional background to the multifamily industry following a 15-year career in finance and investment management. He and the team have strategically acquired apartment communities in Raleigh, Durham, and Charlotte, North Carolina over the past five years.
