Membership Criteria & Eligibility

The Multifamily Innovation® Council fosters an exclusive environment centered on open dialogue, collaboration, and unbiased idea exchange among multifamily owners and operators. To preserve the integrity of our community—and fully comply with our Antitrust Compliance Policy—you must meet the following criteria before purchasing membership:

Owner/Operator-Only Tier

  • The $1,800 Membership is reserved solely for multifamily owners and operators.
  • Industry vendors, suppliers, and service providers must join as sponsor partners. For details, please visit our https://multifamilyinnovation.com/sponsors/.

Minimum Portfolio Size

  • You or your organization must manage at least 1,500 units in your multifamily portfolio.

Non-Solicitation Clause

  • You must not offer or promote any product or service to other Council members, nor seek to influence buying decisions within the multifamily industry.

You must not be a paid influencer or receive compensation (in cash or trade) for marketing products to multifamily owners and operators.

Membership Review Process

  • Every membership purchase undergoes a thorough review by our membership team.
  • This ensures that all members align with our mission of collaborative learning while adhering to the Council’s commitment to legal compliance.
